Custom black-out window blinds in all bedrooms The space Unlike most rentals listed on Airbnb, there are no additional cleaning fees on top of the nightly/monthly rates - so I ask that guests leave the home as clean as when they arrived (except laundering of linens/bedding). There are no additional fees for pets or additional guests but guests must notify the Host if they will be having any adult guests staying in the home that are not included in their original booking (photo ID may be required depending on their length of stay). Please note that no parties or events are allowed (as per Airbnb regulations). This is a two storey home with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom upstairs and 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom in the finished basement. The main floor features a half bathroom as well. The minimum stay for this home is 1 month. The average guests' stay is 3 months in duration. This is a pet-friendly home. If you have allergies to pets, we strongly advise that you do not book this home. No refunds will be given due to pet allergies. Guest access Full house (with the exception of a locked mechanical room in the basement), fully fenced backyard with all new fence (with the exception of a locked shed), and a double-wide driveway as well as ample street-parking. No suites above or below and no shared spaces. Other things to note We provide a complimentary starter supply of basic consumable essentials such as: propane for the BBQ, toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, coffee, tea, salt & pepper, cooking oil, ketchup, mustard, mayo, etc. Beyond the starter supply, guests are responsible to provide their own consumable items as needed for the duration of their stay. A firepit is available for your use, however you must provide your own firewood if you choose to use this amenity and also abide by the City of Saskatoon bylaws (no fire pit usage after 11:00pm or when a fire ban is in effect) No backyard noise after 11:00pm (City of Saskatoon noise bylaw) There is one security camera on the premises (doorbell camera located at the front door). The camera can be watched live and can also record video including sound. It does not record 24/7 but upon detected motion, doors opening/closing or doorbell.
