Rental unit in Brooklyn

My family and I live here many years. My aunt lives in the basement. You would be with my husband and I on 1st floor. We'll use the basement bathroom, no worries :) Orion is our cat; if you’re afraid of cats, we’ll keep him downstairs. You are welcome to have all you want from our kitchen and refrigerator! We love to share food with others! You can feel free to prepare tea or coffee. In our home, we don't drink, smoke, e-smoke, or do drugs! We ask you to please not do it while living with us. The space Parking is difficult near our house! I would say that the best way to travel is by trains; the J and Z are the ones by home. The A train is not too far either. The station would be 75th St./Elderst Lane! The station is about 3 blocks away! Guest access Guests can go out to the backyard, use our kitchen, the Wifi, the TV, and if they want to use our small dining room, they are welcome to do so... as long as they clean after themselves and leave everything clean, we don't mind at all :) During your stay I love to meet people from other countries and learn about their culture, language, way of life, etc.... my husband and I are very easy going, even though, we are from back in the day, as our children call us! I would say we are "cool" people who try to help others when needed, and to live by the values instilled in us by our parents! Other things to note My husband and I are from the Caribbean and have been living in Brooklyn, NY for 40 years! We have been married a long time :) He has a lot of patience with me, Thank God!
