Welcome to the Riverview Homestead located on the Rous River with views to Mt Warning, rolling hills, and cane fields. The space This large family home is set on the banks of the Rous River, within a working cane farm, equine centre, and cattle grazing property. You'll notice a horse arena next to the main house, with lessons and workshops run by Saddle & Soul Equine Centre from time to time. Guests are welcome to book horse & pony rides and activities, or even arrange to bring and agist their own horses during their stay. To keep both you and the wildlife safe, it's important to keep doors closed so no unexpected guests slither in. If you do spot one, just give it space, and it’ll move along. Horse Arena and Equine Experiences We are proud to share our working farm with Saddle & Soul Equine Centre, who run a variety of ridden & non-ridden horse experiences and agistment on-site. The indoor horse arena is located next to the main house, and you may notice classes being held during your stay. If you would like to immerse yourself in the farm environment, guests are welcome to book pony rides or horse activities prior to arrival. We also offer a fantastic facility for guests travelling with their own horses — you can arrange to agist your horse with Saddle & Soul Equine Centre during your stay.
