The Studio

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. A beautiful modern detached annexe, with a king size bed & en suite shower room. The well equipped kitchen & living area are open plan, with a private gravelled sitting area outside. There is private parking for two cars. Brearton is a delightful small Yorkshire village with a quaint 16th century country Inn, which serves delicious food. Numerous walks & places to visit from the door step. The space The Studio A separate self contained Brick & Cobbled building giving spacious private quiet accommodation. You could stay here for one night or two weeks . It’s has everything you need for a quiet comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, grill, microwave, hob, washing machine, fridge & sink. A luxurious King size bed for a perfect nights sleep. The lounge area has a two seater sofa to watch TV & put your feet up, or you can angle the screen to watch in bed. The Private outside space is generous, with a table and chairs, a boot box for after those muddy walks, a tap & a cloths line if needed, there is a washing machine. The en-suite has a good sized shower, sink & toilet. All this with complimentary Tea, Coffee, milk & Goodies. Guest access The Studio front driveway has free parking for two cars and is marked Studio Parking It’s a level access throughout. The Studio has its own spacious private outside area with chairs & table, boot box , outside tap & clothes line. Other things to note Brearton is a small village not far from Harrogate , Knaresborough & Ripon. If it’s a short walk down to the village pub or a quiet night in after a big walk then this place would be perfect. It has Big clear skies at night with no light pollution & through the day a trip to Harrogate or a walk in the countryside can be had from your doorstep.
