Check out is before 11am. We may be able to accommodate an early check-in if availability allows. Maid fee: For rentals in excess of 1 week, weekly cleaning as well as pool maintenance will be provided at no extra charge. Contact us if you are interested in additional cleaning for an extra fee. Electricity is included for stays of 2 weeks or less; and for stays of longer than 2 weeks, no electricity is charged unless the usage greater is USD$3 a day for the 1BR or 2BR homes, or USD$5 a day for the larger homes. Pet fee: One small (under 15kg) pet is welcome, but the guest is responsible for all damage caused by their pets. An extra pet fee of $75 will be charged. Extra guests fee: Each guest after 2 will incur an additional fee of $15 per night. Furniture and décor from pictures may differ.
