BEDROOMS Serenely styled in neutral tones, the principal bedroom is equipped with a double bed and is enlivened by artistic flourishes including a decorative bedstead, reading lamp and corner chair. The small but cosy second bedroom also offers a double bed and exudes peace with its décor of gentle whites. BATHROOM Bringing a touch with contrast with its dark grey tile effect, the spacious bathroom hosts a walk-in shower and wash basin. A separate WC can be found further down the hallway. WE LOVE The central Boulogne-Billancourt location with sporting venues, stylish restaurants and some of the city’s finest green spaces all within touching distance. **To rent this property, the minimum age requirement is 25 years old.** The WC is separate from the bathroom. The apartment is located on the fifth floor and can be accessed by a lift. When your booking has been confirmed we will ask you to fill in a pre-check-in form on our website to confirm your identity and booking details. Please note you will need to provide official photographic identification document. This enables us to provide you with a more personal service and offers an extra level of security for both our guests and our homes. Guest access Check-in is between 3pm and 9pm. Check-ins outside of this window may incur additional fees. Unless otherwise specified, a greeter will meet you on arrival. Guests are free to enjoy the entire space as depicted on the listing. Other things to note No smoking, no parties! Pets are not allowed in Veeve homes unless agreed directly with a member of our Team, and on a strictly case by case basis. The lead guest must be at least 25 years old. Veeve reserves the right to refuse a booking if it thinks the property may be used for a party. Please be aware, once a booking is confirmed you will be required to complete a Rental Agreement, as well as ID verification via our partners Truvi. This is mandatory for all of our stays.
