The space 🏡 Casa Nostra Level 2 is located in Residencial El Llano, Segunda Etapa, one of the safest and quietest residential areas in Catacamas, with access control and 24/7 surveillance. 📍 Located on the road to UNAG with easy access to important points in the city. 🏊‍♀️ Enjoy a shared pool and a private terrace ☕️, ideal for relaxing and enjoying your stay. 🛒 Just a few minutes away, you will find supermarkets, convenience stores, pharmacies, gas stations and coffee shops. 🏥 In the surrounding area, you will also find clinics, health services and Teletón. 🚗 The property has parking inside. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire second floor of Casa Nostra and its corresponding parking space. Access to Level 2 is independent and is via an exterior staircase that leads directly to the accommodation's entrance door. The pool and the outdoor bathroom located near the pool are shared areas with the guests on Level 1. Level 2 has a parking space inside the property for one vehicle. Other things to note • The pool and outdoor bathroom are shared with the guests on Level 1. • Access to Level 2 is independent and is via an outside staircase. • Parking inside the property is limited to one (1) vehicle. The second space corresponds to Level 1. Outside parking is available for additional vehicles. • The property does not have an electric generator. In the event of a power outage, the water supply may be affected. For these eventualities, we have a backup water tank for guests' use. • Casa Nostra is located within a residential community with access control. • Pool hours are from 8:00 am to 12:00 am, and the pool lights are turned off at 10:00 pm. • The outdoor bathroom near the pool has a toilet, sink and shower, and is shared between both levels. • Level 2 has a private terrace exclusively for its guests.
