The space The apartment is on a quiet, safe, tree-lined street in northeast DC. At about 300 square feet of private space, plus a completely fenced backyard, you will have a wonderful experience in the District, with all the comforts of home. The apartment includes lighting fast wifi capable of handling many, many devices simultaneously. The fully stocked kitchen is the perfect place to make dinner, and watch a movie on the big screen. Looking to get outside and into nature? You're in luck. The apartment is steps away from the famous Marvin Gaye Trail, and the popular DC Bike Trail. Go for a walk, a morning run, or an evening stroll along the creek, and enjoy all the nature has to offer. What about nightlife? The apartment is walking distance to the metro, which, in minutes, will take you straight into the heart of DC. How about landmarks and sightseeing? If you're looking to visit the historic DC landmarks, look no further! The apartment is only 15 minutes away from the Capitol, National Mall, and Smithsonian Museums.
