SEASON RENTER PASS 125.00 each person 12 person Max per Unit Renter Passes may be purchased by Primary Members who rent their homes or allow their home to be used by friends/ family. The Unit Owner must be a Boulder Lake Club Member in good standing. Renters must present to the Club a copy of their rental contract for the unit in which they are staying. Weekly and weekend passes are available for purchase by renters: Four 4-Day passes $125.00 or Four 7-Day passes $150.00. Any additional passes will be charged $25.00 per person per day. Renter Fees will be charged for all boat, tennis and recreational rentals. Renter passes are unit specific. If a renter pass is used for another unit other than the unit it was purchased for, the membership of both units will be revoked.
