With ample room to relax in the living room, or cook up a storm in the kitchen, this coastal property aims to provide a home away from home for guests on their Cornish getaway. You will find plenty of living space with a sitting room, a well equipped kitchen and downstairs loo. The kitchen and living room have beautiful large windows which look out over a well kept garden with outdoor seating for 8 to enjoy the sun. There is one king size master bedroom and two double bedrooms. The master bedroom has plenty of space to accommodate a cot, which can be set up ready for your arrival. The property is fully equipped for babies and small children too. We also have a high chair, plastic cups, bowls and children's cutlery. There are also plenty of books and toys for the little ones.  The house is also equipped with WiFi and freeview TV including Netflix and Amazon Prime. There is a selection of board games, books and puzzles for all ages. The kitchen has all you need to cater for your group, including a large cooker with two ovens and 8 hobs, dishwasher, sink, microwave and a large fridge freezer. The utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer. Bed linen and bath towels are provided. Please bring bedding for babies. The house is just a 5-10 minute walk to Lusty Glaze beach in one direction and a 10-15 walk to Porth beach in the other, making it an ideal base for family beach holidays. In addition there are many local attractions and activities nearby in Newquay and Truro. The nearest town is Newquay, a vibrant fishing town which can be accessed by foot in 15 minutes, or a 5 minute drive. Newquay has a wide range of family activities (zoo, aquarium, cinema etc) souvenir shops and excellent night life. Newquay boasts 4 large beaches, which offer a variety of water based activities including, surfing lessons, coasteering, paddle boarding and fishing trips. Newquay is also a great base for visiting the cathedral town of Truro (13 miles away), which has excellent shopping, museums and restaurants. A little further is the harbour town of Falmouth (23 miles away), with a fantastic maritime museum and plenty of opportunities for windsurfing, kayaking and sailing. Other local attractions include the world famous Eden Project (30 minutes away), The Lost Gardens of Heligan and various National Trust houses and gardens. Similarly children will have plenty to do with many local activity centres and theme parks such as Camel Creek and Lappa Valley. Access and parking: Lusty Glaze is easily accessible by road and is only 7 miles away from Cornwall's main access road (A30). The property has off road parking for 2 cars. Newquay train station is half a mile down the road and Cornwall Airport is only 3 miles from the property. Guest access Every room is available to access except for the loft, study and garage. We recommend you use the main bathroom but there is a separate shower and toilet if needed.
