3 new cottages for 15 people: – "Le Fango": 90 m² (2 bedrooms) + 140 m² terrace for 6 people. – "Le Paglia Orba": 80 m² (2 bedrooms) + 130 m² terrace for 6 people. – "Le Capu Tafunatu": 35 sq m mini-villa (1 bedroom) + 50 sq m terrace for 3 people. The 3 cottages are brand new and have all modern comforts. * Linens are provided at no extra charge * Optional: - End-of-stay cleaning: €350 for the 3 cottages - Heated pool, option €120/week,in April, May, seven, October The space The "Le Fango" apartment: 90 m² cottage (2 bedrooms) + 140 m² terrace for 6 people, located on the first floor of the main building "Le Paglia Orba": 80 m² cottage (2 bedrooms) + 130 m² terrace for 6 people, located on the 1st floor of the main building "Le Capu Tafunatu": 35 m² mini-villa (1 bedroom) + 50 m² terrace for 3 people, located above the main building. Guest access You will have access to all areas except the laundry room located on the ground floor, at the back of the building, which is private. Other things to note The swimming pool/jacuzzi area, fully fenced and secured by a gate with "child safety", must be used with the MANDATORY presence of at least one adult. In addition, it is strictly FORBIDDEN to walk or sit on the overflow wall of the pool. NB: there are surveillance cameras outside the property but these are only connected during the winter period, when the gîte is closed. The pool and Jacuzzi can be heated on request in April, May, September and October for an additional cost of €120/week
