The Sundog House. Walk to town & hot tub!

The Sundog House is located under 3/4 of a mile from downtown Buena Vista. A lovely walking distance to town. The Sundog home is spacious and comfortable with playful decor. A dog door and fully fenced yard with plenty of shade make this a great getaway with your doggo! There is a 4 person hot tub just off of the back deck with outdoor seating and a grill. We pay our cleaners the entire cleaning fee to ensure that the house is spotless and perfect for your stay! The space Walk to town in 10 minutes! Bike to The Meadows for you festival goers. The house has a large sectional sofa to accommodate guests. We supply plenty of extras to make your stay comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the cooking essentials. Each room has fun and inviting decor. We also have a Star Wars themed bedroom for all of you fans! Guest access The whole house and private fenced back yard. Other things to note We will accommodate up to 8 guests with approval with a $75 extra per guests charge. This fee goes directly to the cleaner. Please let us know if you want to bring more than 6 guests. This is a pet friendly home, if you are allergic we do not recommend booking. The house is not toddler proof. We only allow one dog with the paid pet fee. Although the house does not have AC, the Arkansas Valley has mild temperatures. In mid summer the house stays cool with the windows open at night. The house is highly shaded by large evergreens. There are ceiling fans in each bedroom. Please be sure to read our house rules BEFORE booking.
