The space Dear Guest, Welcome to MY house Apartment, your serene harbor in the heart of Banglao Island.Located at 1127 in the Royal palms tres community, you will have a whole single-family villa for your holiday, with a total of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and 24-hour security in the community to ensure your safety while giving you a private living experience. To help you explore the beauty of Mint Island, we provide two E-bikes for free. Due to the occasional water outage on the island, MY house has updated the water storage tank system to solve the water outage, so you can live more peace of mind and travel happier. Guest access The whole villa is yours during your stay, but the laundry room is for cleaning or storage during your stay. We provide two E-bikes for free for you to use, so you can easily go out and buy items, etc. Also, the swimming pool is in the common area and the specific opening time is listed by the community property. Other things to note Please Note - We are just a homestay, providing a clean and convenient space, and there will be no large hotel environment and facilities; if you have any questions in your stay, we will do our best to solve it for you. - Rules for using the E-bike 1. Eligibility requirements: Must have experience driving a battery-powered vehicle or motorcycle, and be familiar with basic operations (such as accelerating, braking, turning).Must be at least 18 years of age.It is recommended to wear a helmet and turn on the lights when driving at night. 2. Scope of use: Only roads within Bangla Island. Do not drive into unpaved roads, deep water areas, or remote areas away from the main road.It is strictly prohibited to drive the vehicle off the island or use it for commercial operations. 3. Check before use: Please check the tire pressure and wear, brake sensitivity, and whether the battery is sufficient before use (do not travel far if the battery is less than 30%) 4. Safety and Responsibility: Philippine traffic regulations must be observed, drive on the right, and do not overload.When parking, you need to remove the key, lock the car, and park in a safe area, do not obstruct traffic.Fines or accidents caused by traffic violations (such as drunk driving, running red lights) shall be borne in full by the driver.If the vehicle is lost or stolen, compensation will be made at the original price of the vehicle (approximately 30,000 pesos/vehicle). 5. Charging and Return: Please connect the charging station after using the car. Please do not charge for too long. Disconnect after charging.Keep the vehicle clean when returning the car. A cleaning fee (500 pesos) will be charged for serious damage.In the event of damage: minor scratches will be compensated at the actual cost of repair.Serious damage (e.g. replacement of parts): Costs will be borne according to the repair documents. 6.
