The space Magnificent family home in Guigneville sur Essonne for rent ! This spacious property offers four bedrooms with 5 double beds, and a sofa bed , it can accommodate up to 14 people. In a 9,000 m² wooded park with a pond and river, canoe enthusiasts can enjoy picturesque walks. You can also enjoy the cabin perched in the walnut tree and the trampoline to release the energy of the little ones. The outdoor area offers a heated swimming pool open from May to September, a jacuzzi and a sauna all year round for unforgettable moments of relaxation. The master suite has a large bathroom with shower and dressing room. On the ground floor, the open American kitchen is fully equipped, opening onto a bright living room with a large bay window offering a breathtaking south-facing view. You can also make your laundry with a washing machine and drying machine ! Upstairs, three comfortable bedrooms with mezzanine and double beds, a second bathroom and separate toilet. A lounge area is also nestled there for greater conviviality. The spacious parking lot can accommodate up to eight to ten cars. And to add a touch of charm, chickens decorate the property. Book now for a memorable vacation with family or friends! Parties are not authorized Guest access Rental of the entire villa, access to parking, garden, riverside sauna and jacuzzi exclusively. Other things to note Let me know if you have people from outside coming and how many, there is an extra fee guests for parties. Only 12 are allowed to sleep. You can be outdoors until 10 p.m. with reasonable noise, then exclusively indoors from 10 p.m., close the windows when you go out so as not to disturb the neighborhood. If not repected and call for police or neighbors, you will have to leave immediately. You have access to the jacuzzi. For the sauna, we apply a 150 fee for an unlimited access during the week-end. No glassware or cigarettes near and in the jacuzzi. You have a ping pong table and Molky also available (let us know to take it out if necessary) Take care of the house as if it were your own, it is inhabited the rest of the time.
