Extensive green areas surrounded by beautiful fruit trees, large swimming pool, direct access to the lake with private dock, barbecue area and Jacuzzi. All protected with bars for children's safety. The space The best location of Lake Rapel, front line and unbeatable view. Recommended for families with small children and pets, we have security gates throughout the perimeter of the lake, pool and jacuzzi area. Beautiful, spacious and comfortable fully renovated house, has multiple nearby shops, minimarkets, supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shop, pharmacy and everything you need to have an excellent stay. Completely private house, with 2,500 meters of cute gardens, fruit trees, beautiful flowers. It has a boat descent and other boats and private dock. We have a quincho that has a gas grill (included) and charcoal, a large table and umbrellas to enjoy a grato asado. Renovated American kitchen, we have a spacious refrigerator, microwave and recessed oven, kitchen and bell. Dishware, amenities (daily and barbecue), glasses, wine and sparkling glasses all for 8 people. Spacious and bright living room dining room, with unbeatable garden and lake view, dining table for 8 people, the living room has two sofas and two armchairs, 50* TV with cable TV. For the cold, we have a beautiful wood-burning stove (1 complimentary wood-burning bag). We have an electric generator and washing machine. Master bedroom en suite with TV, with terrace exit and garden and lake views, has superking bed, bathroom en suite renovated, with LED light mirror, shower stall, spacious built-in closet. Second bedroom, 2-seater bed, 2-seater bed, views of the back side of the house, it has a large built-in closet. Third bedroom has 4 beds spread out in 2 comfortable single square cabins, overlooking the back of the house, has a good built-in closet. Second fully-equipped bathroom with bathtub. Beautiful terrace with panoramic view of the lake, we have a dining room for 8 people . Terrace set for lounging plus sun loungers and umbrellas. Large screened swimming pool with fence. Additional high terrace overlooking the lake and pool, featuring lounge chairs and terrace set to rest and care for children while they are in the pool. We include kitchen paper, napkins and toilet paper (to start the stay). We have an electric coffee machine for ground coffee with filter (a complimentary bottle is included) and Nescafe Dulce Gusto coffee machine (capsules not included) We have air fryer and immersion blender. Guest access The house is free to use, guests can move around and enjoy the whole house with total security, 2500 meters of private green areas. Other things to note To ensure the proper functioning of the house's facilities, NO more than 8 people are allowed, including visitors who come for the day and who do not stay at the property.
