This is the house of Janneke & Ante (hence villa Jante ). We are a Dutch couple who have been living in Albania since 2020. We have bought this unique place out of our love for Albania’s country- and seaside and our wish to provide opportunities for talented young Albanian people. The money we earn by renting out our villa, is put in our private fund that sponsors a number of students each year. The space Villa Jante is part of small, modern compound with high quality apartments and villas, called Privé. It’s 35 km from Tirana airport, in a quiet area with a few local restaurants at walking distance. It has 2 bedrooms, for max 5 persons, a private infinity pool and garden. Come and relax in this calm, stylish space with king size beds, king size bathtub, dinning area overlooking the sea. It’s the perfect place to de-stress, read, write, hike or bike, explore the cape.
