The garage is a space entirely shared between guests and the owner. Guests can use it freely for the duration of their stay. It allows you to park several vehicles and is also a convenient space for motorcycles, bicycles, kayaks, or any other recreational equipment. Guests also have two washing machines located in the garage. The garage includes a private area reserved for the owner, which is locked and not accessible to guests. The owner also uses the garage as part of his normal use. As a shared space, he can access it freely at any time with his own remote control, without having to notify the guests. This access is part of the normal operation of the property. From the garage, a staircase provides access to the house. At the top of this staircase is a connecting door that guests can close and lock from the inside to fully preserve their peace and privacy throughout their stay. In order to ensure clean water and the proper operation of the facilities, the owner may need to access the technical room located under the pool from time to time. These interventions may involve inspecting the facilities, cleaning, making adjustments, or adding the necessary products for water treatment. Whenever possible, they are carried out in the absence of guests in order to preserve their peace and quiet. The owner never enters the private areas rented to guests (house, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, large terrace, and swimming pool). Any interventions are limited exclusively to the shared garage, its locked private area, and, when necessary, the technical room located under the pool, solely for the purpose of ensuring the maintenance and proper operation of the facilities.
