Description
Great located mountain cabin in scenic surroundings with cross-country trails just outside the door and a short way to alpine resorts. Turufjell is a destination for mountain and nature experiences in Flå in Hallingdal, just two hours from Oslo. Turufjell has everything you need - In the winter you can ski in great cross country trails or challenge yourself in the alpine slopes. The cabin is equipped with everything you may need for a pleasant stay, allowing you to focus on enjoying the moment. See Turufjell's website for information. The space The cabin consists of 4 bedrooms (2 +2 + (2 +1) + 4 people), living room, kitchen, TV living room in loft, delicious bath, separate toilet, laundry room and spacious entrance. The first floor is a total of 97 sqm GOOD, as well as a loft of 38 sqm in floor rooms. The cabin has very good light conditions summer as winter, amazing ceiling height and great views of adjacent free area in front of the cabin. Incidentally, there are good parking facilities outside the cabin with plenty of space for several cars as well as access to the electric car charger. The kitchen is well equipped with, among other things, coffee maker, coffee grinder, kettle, oven, hob, dishwasher and fridge. In the laundry room there is a freezer, washing machine, dryer and good drying facilities. The TV room is equipped with a wall hung flat screen with the possibility of HDMI connection or wireless connection from tablets etc. In the kitchen is a Sonos Move speaker that can be moved around as desired. This is connected via WIFI or Bluetooth. Beyond this, there are various board games and reading material available in the cabin. The area is beautiful summer as winter with short distance to Flå city center (15 minutes) where there is shopping center with several shops (pharmacy, wine monopoly, grocery stores and more) in addition to popular Bjørneparken. Turufjell can also be tempted with great hiking areas with several fishing waters and rivers, hiking trails for walking and biking, as well as bike lane and pump track right by the cafe which is a favorite place for children and adults. Below the cabin, about 150 meters, is a Tuftepark with play equipment, zip-line, football field and various training opportunities. There are also ice skating and hills in winter At the cottage we have two akematter that can be used by tenants. Guest access You have access to pretty much the whole cabin with the exception of some cabinets where we store our own things. Other things to note The alpine resort itself has seven hills and two elevators (bowl and T-hook) as well as a ribbon hoist in the tunnel for the little ones. It is open all holidays and weekends during the season. You can walk to the ground from the cabin or drive a car to the shared parking area right by the cafe and the ski resort. Elevator cards can be purchased on-site or via Turufjell's website. If you are going to take a cross country trip in the mountain where you have access to longer trips, the ski lift is free. Down from the top there are great downhills that the kids often find fun. These trails you can follow all the way down to the cabin again. You must bring your own towels, as well as bedding and sheets for the following beds depending on how many you are: 3 150 beds, 2 80 beds (pull-out with a total of 4 80 mattresses) , and a sliding bed for smaller children. The cabin is equipped with standard pillows and duvets for all beds (140x200 cm). We are committed to making the cabin feel nice to come to for all guests. Therefore, we appreciate that the cabin is left in the condition it was when you arrived. In case of any damage, we ask that it be notified so that we find a memorable solution. Welcome!
