The space This spacious basement retreat is designed for optimal comfort and recovery. After challenging yourself on the slopes, you and your group can fully unwind in the large, custom 4-person sauna, which can be used for both dry and wet steam heat, perfect for muscle recovery. Sleep is restorative here: the primary suite features a comfortable King bed with premium linens. Unwind later with cinematic entertainment on the 70” Roku-connected TV. The Modern and Fully Equipped Kitchen is ready for preparing group meals, with fun barstools that create a great social space. For your ski gear, a dedicated Gear Storage Area with racks is provided, offering a clean space to hang and dry your equipment between outings. With two dedicated remote workspaces and fast WiFi, the apartment is also perfectly suited for working remotely. Just a 1-minute walk to the grocery store, local coffee shop, and several restaurants everything you need is close by. Guest access The entire unit is completely separate and private, located on the basement level of our home and accessed via a smart lock code provided prior to arrival. Other things to note Access to the unit requires descending a flight of stairs to the private basement entrance. The second bathroom doesn't have a bath tub, only a shower. There is a two car limit. We want to make sure our neighbors and the plows have appropriate access.
