The space Welcome to our spacious three-bedroom, two-bath retreat, located in a quiet residential area with convenient access to Fort Lauderdale’s top attractions, including the beach, the Hard Rock Guitar Hotel, the scenic Riverwalk, and the cruise terminal. This family-friendly home features a unique indoor basketball court, an arcade-style game room with air hockey, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a private pool with an optional heating service. The backyard is designed for relaxation, offering loungers, umbrellas, a fire pit, outdoor seating, and a gas grill—perfect for enjoying the Florida weather. The home comfortably accommodates up to eight guests, making it ideal for families or groups looking to unwind and create lasting memories together. Parking: The road leading to the home is privately owned by our neighbors, so parking on it isn’t permitted. All vehicles must be parked inside the fenced area of the property, with space for up to 5 standard-size vehicles. On rainy days, you may notice temporary water on the road, but it clears quickly and doesn’t affect the home. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire home and all amenities, including the private pool, indoor basketball court, arcade game room, kitchen, living areas, laundry room, and driveway parking within the fenced property. Other things to note • Quiet residential area: Please observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM. • No parties or events • Parking: The property can accommodate up to five standard-size vehicles inside the fenced area. Parking on the easement road is not permitted. • Access Road: The road leading to the home is a shared private easement owned by the neighbors. During steady rain, it may have brief water buildup that recedes quickly and does not affect the home. • Pool Heat: Optional and available upon 24 hour advance request • Smoking: Allowed only in the designated outdoor area on the side of the home. • Safety: Guests are responsible for using the home and outdoor areas safely. Surfaces may become slippery when wet, and children must be supervised at all times around the pool. By booking, guests acknowledge these risks and agree to take reasonable precautions. • Security: Exterior security cameras are installed at the front, sides, and rear of the property for safety. There are no cameras inside the home.
