Custom designed open suite. 2 Smart TV’s. 65” in main area. Plentiful parking. RV or big truck parking is available. Bicycle space inside as well - Route 76. There is a separate listing for this same studio with an additional bedroom if that is wanted. (Search : Modern 2 bed suite ). Suite next door (Rustic suite) is available again. Unique and cozy (Loft suite) also @ this same location. Enjoy the fresh tomatoes if in season. Planted for you ! The space This is a hotel type building with multiple suites. Some refer to it as a Barndominium. The King bed is located in the spacious main open area on the opposite end of the kitchenette and 65” Vizio television. The sunroom/living room is located in the front of the studio. This sunroom area is a bit of a getaway for reading and quiet time. Has its own A/C unit and heat - so you will be very comfortable. Also has its own TV. (H2 Leather) is a custom crafted leather store and is located in the front of the building as well. Photos of H2 leather listed in “additional photos”. Some people have commented H2 Leather is like a Welcome Center to the community. We invite folks that are interested in a touring experience yet are equally grateful to host guests who may be working in the area. It's also a great place for bicyclists or guests who are simply passing through. Security cameras located on the exterior (only) of the building - not in the patio area. Flower and vegetable gardens are planted when in season. (Bourbon Stop Treasures) is a unique shopping destination along the Kentucky Bourbon Trail, conveniently located **beside H2 Leather**.
