A heritage stone home offering a spacious self contained downstairs apartment with beautiful sea views. Access to both the sea and the mountain and close proximity to Danger Beach, St James and Dalebrook tidal pools. An easy walk to Kalk Bay harbour, shops and restaurants. The apartment is located on steps (as per photos). There is parking on both Boyes Drive and Moselle Rd. The space It is a heritage home with many original features and wooden floors - some sound may travel. It offers a kitchen and eating area, a separate lounge with a TV and work from home space with fibre WiFi which is available during load shedding. There are two bedrooms and the apartment can sleep four people. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. Inside there is one bathroom but there is a second bathroom off the main bedroom - access via a covered patio. There is an inverter to ensure back up for load shedding. Please note that you will not be able to use selected appliances during load shedding as they draw too much power - the microwave, oven, kettle - however we do have gas plates and stove top kettle. Guest access Please note that the home is positioned on steep stairs - from the house there are 100 stairs up to Boyes drive or 200 stairs down to Moselle road (please see the photographs). There is NO direct access by car. There is a separate entrance and gate for the downstairs apartment with a lockbox for the keys. The keys in the lock box will give you access via the kitchen door which is at the far end of the apartment off the enclosed patio - hence walk past the deck area until you reach the patio (as per the photograph) Other things to note We live in the upstairs area and hence will be available to assist you. There is no direct access from the upstairs area to the downstairs apartment.
