We are located in a quiet neighborhood near UVU and 10 minutes to BYU. Perfect for families, couples, or students! We offer a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, and the bedrooms are bright and airy. Also located near shopping, dining, fun and less than an hour away from the OLYMPIC snow ski slopes of Park City & Sundance. The space Older charm, cozy and comfy cottage feel, with all the necessities…. Guest access Guests will park on the front driveway to the home. Guests will have access to main living room and kitchen as well as full bathroom and two bedrooms. Other things to note Home has rental apartment in the basement. Both main level and basement guests have their own separate entrances and space. Third bedroom on main level is locked for owner's closet. We would love to host your pet! Small dogs preferred due to small space. No large dogs. Please keep pets off carpeted area and furniture.
