Are you looking for a Country Escape to unwind, relax and reconnect with your someone special? The Overseer is it. "The Overseer" is the original Glenelg Station (circa 1847) managers cottage. It is packed with rustic charm and oozing with the warmth of yesteryear, yet filled with todays comfort. Beautifully peaceful, secluded, and surrounded by nature. For the perfect switch off spot there is no phone reception or wi-fi. The space The cottage has a verandah to relax on with an eat in kitchen/lounge area with woodheating for Winter months An outdoor bathtub, firepit, carport and fenced house yard Guest access Feel free to stroll down the road back to the entrance gate or go for a dip in the McIntyre Brook Other things to note The cottage is off grid. There is no oven or microwave, however a gas cook stove and webber barbq is available for cooking. A small fridge/freezer If you require electricity for CPAP machine or any other health equipment,I can supply a quiet generator which will run for approx 8 hrs on 1 tank of fuel
