All this only 5 minutes from Millerton lake & 45 from Yosemite The space The 4T Acre Ranch is a rustic horse ranch only 5 minutes from Fresno with major shopping, restaurants, family entertainment and nightlife. You can easily spend a few days without ever leaving the ranch. Enjoy the livestock, take hikes, BBQ, Have a party in the barn, unwind on the large deck where the horses and Texas Longhorns will pass by for a visit. You can head up to the upper ranch that features breath taking views of Shaver Lake, The city lights of Fresno and Madera and the table mountains left behind when the glaciers melted. Take day trips to Millerton Lake Recreation area ( 5 Minutes), Table Mountain Casino and fine dining (5 Minutes) Bass Lake (30 Minutes), Yosemite (45 Minutes), Woodward Park (10 minutes) and so many other great places! Our bunkhouse is a 2006 1800 sq ft modular that was just completely remodeled inside plus all new furniture was installed. These an office just off the master bedroom so you can be comfortable working from the Ranch. High speed Starlink is provided at no additional cost. Early or late check on or out available for additional $50 upon request. Note: This is on 40 Acres in the country. There are animals including Mice, rats, Gophers, snakes etc. This increases dramatically during and after rain including these animals getting into the ranch house. Guest access You'll have full access to all 40 Acres of the 4T Acre Ranch! The animals will be behind barb wire fencing but accessible to feed carrots through the bar fencing inside the barn. You can also go up to the upper Ranch picnic area where the horses and mini donkeys may stop by to say hello. All of our animals are as broke as can be and love photo opportunities! Early check in or late check out available for an additional $50.00 upon request. Disclosure: there are non audio cameras facing the outer property and fenceline that are used to watch the animals and the weather, geographic conditions. One on the front porch that does not look into the home. There is a gun range down the street and you may hear the sound of freedom from 10a to 4:30pm. You can also go there to shoot guns during your stay.
