Glowing sunrise, sunsets accompanied by chirping of birds in the midst of the city. >Two rooms atop a second floor terrace with a view to enthral. >Rooftop can accommodate two adults and two children below the age of 12 > Extension will be allowed once for maximum two days with any stay. > Only for families, married couples and solo travellers. The space Rooftop is located on the second floor of the Villa, VictorRose, a year old property. The owners reside in the Villa. It is a gated place with other residents residing in the compound which houses two buildings. >There are eight security cameras on the entrance and outside space. > There is free open space parking. > It has one bedroom and two beds (Kingsize and small double bed, ideal for a family with 2 children). > One washroom. > One living room with dining spacewith a king size bed. It also has T.V, refrigerator, crockery and work space, iron table, recliner. > A kitchen ( gas stove, microwave, geyser, toaster, rice cooker, mixer/grinder, pressure cooker, other utensils, water filter etc.) > Shared space on the terrace attached. > One bedroom has a small bed with a storage space and dressing table. > One Washroom has a hand shower, WC, hand basin and geyser connection. > The BBQ grill and washing machine is on the terrace with washing/drying facilities there. > The drinking water is from the boring undergound unit which gets filtered with Kent water solution alongwith sand and iron filter. Thus one has access to clean water throughout the property. Water filter in the kitchen is there for further safety of drinking water. > The House has a lightning conducter and easy to use fire extinguishers. Guest access Guests have access to the unit and shared spaces. Other things to note There are three shops just in front of the villa:- > A small eatery shop "Pick N Eat" opens occasionally. > A small ice-cream shop > A small Tea stand > The Michis Food Court specialises in momos etc. and is the nearest food joint which opens only in the evening/night. > There are shops and eateries further away in and around the place. Public transport like uber/ola cabs, autos and tuktuk are easily available nearby. > Blinkit, Zomato and Swiggy all deliver here.
