The first sensation you'll feel is the light that floods the entire space from the balcony that borders the entire apartment. It has 1 bedroom with a queen size bed (1.40 x 1.80), hotel category sheets and a 45' SMART TV ready to start your streaming platform. In the living room there is a comfortable armchair that becomes a bed (0.90 x 1.80), a desk and high-speed WiFi (500 Mbps) for working. It has a very large closet for storage. It has 1 air conditioning unit (cold). In winter, the heating is central by radiant slab, the temperature is regulated from the apartment. The bathroom is fully equipped with shampoo and conditioner + towels. You will find a kitchen integrated into the living room and equipped with an oven, microwave, Nespresso, toaster, pots, pans, and all kitchen utensils. Guest access CHECK-IN AVAILABLE: 24/7 - If you arrive within business hours (8 am to 6 pm), the keys will be handed over in person at the building's door - If you arrive outside business hours, you have 3 options: 1.
