This unit has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a loft. The lower level has a full size kitchen, bathroom, and the master bedroom with a King bed. The living room has a wood-burning fireplace. The upper level has a bedroom with a queen bed, a second bathroom, and a queen pull out in the loft area. There is a coin op laundry facility located in this complex. There is also a clubhouse that offers a ping pong table, pool table, a nice sitting area for relaxing and also a sauna. You may have neighbors below you and to your sides. Other things to note This unit is NOT pet friendly and pets are not allowed. If you bring a pet against policy rules, you will be charged a $250 pet fee penalty.
