You will be given a pin to enter the unit, with a door that is equipped with digital lock. The door pin will be sent to you at least 1 hour before your check-in time. NOTE: Only guests listed in the Guest Authorization Form (GAF) will be able to enter the unit. If you have visitors, at least 24hr notice is required and will require our approval. Purchase a pool coupon from the ground floor office. Be sure to buy it in advance before the office closes. The office hours are 9am-6pm on weekdays and 9am-1pm on Saturdays. When you are ready to swim, bring the pool voucher to the swimming pool area on the 7th floor, where a security personnel will be waiting. Present the pool voucher, and you will receive a wristband. After that, you can swim right away.
