This home sits on the water and includes a private dock and jet ski lift, with ocean access through fixed bridges (up to 20 ft clearance). You can launch your boat at River Park Marina just five minutes away. Private captains and fishing charters are also available for an extra fee. The kitchen is fully stocked with large and small appliances, clean countertops, and plenty of storage, great for everything from quick meals to full dinners. The home offers three comfortable bedrooms with plush beds and soft WHITE linens, creating a calm space to rest after a day of fun or relaxation. The outdoor space is the true highlight. Enjoy your own heated pool with a safety gate, relax in the sun, or take in the peaceful water views from the dock. It’s the perfect setting for a Florida getaway. We also offer add-on rentals and services for an extra fee, including grills, kayaks, shuttle services, boat charters, and more. Well-behaved pets are welcome with prior approval. Guest access You’ll have full access to the home during your stay. Please note that the garage is not available for guest use. There is plenty of parking outside, and the driveway can fit up to four cars. The dock is a shared space. Guests may use the dock to tie up their boat, but the boat lift is not available for guest use. Services include airport transportation, boat and fishing charters, decorating, and more. REFUND POLICY: There are no exceptions to our cancellation policy. Because our property is in high demand, we recommend purchasing travel insurance through Airbnb at the time of booking. Refunds will not be given for cleaning complaints, as any concerns will be promptly addressed by our cleaning team and host. We take pride in providing a clean and comfortable stay. We also do not offer refunds for bad or unpredictable weather, as conditions in Florida can change quickly. Additionally, during storms, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted power, water, or internet service, as these may be affected. AC USE: The thermostat is set with a minimum temperature of 72°F to protect the HVAC system. Please do not attempt to set it lower. Never run the AC with doors or windows open, as this can cause damage to the unit. TVS AND INTERNET: There are four TVs located on the property. You are welcome to sign in to any streaming services you currently use. However, please note that we do not provide any streaming services nor do we provide cable. We do not warrant the functionality of streaming services, speeds, or WiFi. POOL: The pool is heated at the discretion of the property owner and only during the winter months. Similar to a hotel, guests do not control the temperature of the pool. It will be adjusted according to the weather. The pool will not be bathtub temperature; it is heated to about 75-85 degrees. If it is cold, temperatures may drop below this range. Additional pool heating can be purchased for a fee; please inquire with the host. Please note that regular pool maintenance chemicals are used to keep our pool safe for swimming and sanitary for all guests. The pool technician comes weekly to service to the pool without notice. PHOTOS: While we strive to maintain accurate representations through our provided photos, please note that occasional replacements or missing items happen. We cannot control if guests break or damage things, and it is possible that there will be small differences in the property during your stay compared to the listing photos. We are unable to update photos for every change, so we ask guests to understand that not everything may mirror the images provided. CAMERAS: When booking this property, please be aware of the presence of security cameras on the property. They are monitored and recording. There is one security camera above the garage in the front yard that records both audio and video. There is a doorbell camera at the front door that records both audio and video. There is not, and never will be, any camera inside the property or in the backyard. If you find any cameras that are not the two mentioned, please notify the host IMMEDIATELY as this could be a safety concern, and the appropriate authorities will be notified. PETS: We welcome pets at our property! However, all pets must be included in the reservation, and the pet fee must be paid prior to check-in. Pet owners are fully responsible for any damage caused by their pet during their stay and must clean up all pet waste. CONSTRUCTION: Please be aware that there is ongoing construction on the road leading to the neighborhood. This may cause delays or detours. We appreciate your patience and recommend allowing extra time when coming and going.
