Whether you're seeking adventure or relaxation, our property has it all, with water toys, hot tub, & an incredible arcade room and projector setup. The property includes a cabin renovated in 2023 and a luxurious 2-level home renovated in 2024. Prepare to create unforgettable memories in this unique slice of paradise! The yards and beaches have fences with a gate for shared experiences, for a perfect blend of get-togethers with private spaces to retreat to. Both houses have water views throughout and beaches, your group will have a choice of multiple outdoor areas to enjoy. Both homes have A/C and heat and indoor fireplaces for year-round comfort. Three of the bedrooms have King beds, the additional two bedrooms have 2 Twin beds that can be converted to King beds (we provide a converter kit with a gap filler). The main house has two pull-out couches for additional flexibility in accommodation. Spend the day out on the water, make dinner while watching the waves, then spend the night watching movies on our projector or enjoying the arcade. Retreat to cozy king-sized beds with premium hotel-quality linens. -- WATERFRONT ACCESS -- We are directly on the water and offer water toys including two kayaks, paddleboard, and floaties in the summer (late May-Sept), along with life jackets for adults and children. We recommend bringing water shoes because the oyster shells make the beach sharp in areas. In the summer the Hood Canal is typically warm and calm, great for swimming! The beaches and waterfront are all private, so you are not permitted to walk the length of the beach or go on the beach outside of our property line. -- OUTDOOR AMENITIES -- Enjoy the water views from three spacious decks (upper and lower level of house and with beachfront cabin), complete with grills and cozy seating, or enjoy our lawn for picnics and lawn games. The cabin and the main house are separated via fences with openings in the yard and the beach side. Enjoy our gorgeous outdoor shower by the cabin and a choice of two hot tubs. -- BEDROOMS -- Main House: The main house has 3 bedrooms and pull-out sofas in both living rooms. The primary bedroom is on the top floor and has a bathroom nearby. The ground floor bedrooms have a king bed and 2 twin beds that can be converted to a king bed (we have a converter kit with a gap filler and straps). The pull-outs can accommodate 1-2 people each. Cabin: The cabin has a King bed overlooking the water, and a second bedroom with two twin beds that can be converted to a king bed. --LIVING AND DINING-- Enjoy water views in the upscale retro-inspired living and dining. Our kitchen provides all the essentials for cooking. The main house dining can seat 8-10 people. The cabin has a compact kitchen with cooking essentials and indoor dining for 4. --BATHROOMs-- The main house primary bathroom (upstairs) has a tub/shower combo. The ground floor bathroom has a standing shower. The cabin has a luxury bathroom with a rainfall showerhead. Guest access Access: The property is down a private drive. The door is accessed via August smart lock, you will receive a code in advance. In slower seasons we may lock the gate to the private road and lockbox info will be provided. Community: Please respect our wonderful neighbors by respecting quiet hours from 10PM-8AM. If you are outdoors during these times please use quiet voices and refrain from playing music or other loud noises. Other things to note We have a strict 11 guest maximum and do not allow additional visitors, even for the day. We apologize but there are no exceptions. Amenities for kids include: kids' utensils, board games, and some small toys. Due to the premium amenities and furnishings in the cabin we require children to be supervised at all times. Note that our yard is open in areas and the beach can be dangerous, so please supervise children while outside. The property is off of a private drive and is away from the highway: unlike many other homes in the area you will have ample parking and no highway noise. Quiet hours after 10PM are strictly enforced, and we do not allow any usage of outdoor areas after midnight. Due to the wooded area and garden, we occasionally may have insects wander into the home including sugar ants and house flies. We do not use harsh pesticides chemicals outside, and as a result insects can wander inside. Please do not leave food out on countertops, as it will attract ants from the outdoors who find their way in through the cracks despite our high cleaning standards. In the fall, spiders are common and Washington state does not have dangerous or harmful spiders. The main house is a newly-renovated but older home, which is subject to some quirks like minor rattling during storms. For security, we have three outdoor cameras on the property facing the road/parking area and beaches. The cameras do not record the hot tubs and footage is only reviewed if issues are reported. The area is subject to occasional power outages (which may impact well/water operation) and burn bans. We do not offer compensation for regional burn bans or road closures. We offer compensation for daytime power outages over 90 minutes.
