Other things to note CHECK-IN TIME - from 3pm. - We encourage our guests to let us know their estimated arrival time. CHECK-OUT TIME - until 10am. - Please contact us if a late check-out is required. GUESTS - Guests are required to fill out the verification form, supply their ID and a security deposit at least 24hrs before the check in - Please do not book on behalf of other people. - Companies are welcome but must book under the traveler's names. Guest Verification & Damage Deposit -Before your stay, guests are required to complete an ID verification and pay a damage deposit of 500AUD through our secure external system, "Safeguest". -Please note that only physical IDs (such as driver's license or passport) are accepted - digital IDs are not valid. -Damage deposit is fully refundable after check out, provided no damages are reported. -The guest needs to take a photo of their ID and photo of their face thru Safeguest. RATE INCLUDES - Pool - Gym - Bed linen and bath towels - Complementary bathroom products including shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and hand wash. - Kitchen basics including tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper and oil. - Amenities only restocked at the start of stay. RULES - No pets. - No smoking. - No parties. - Visitors are not allowed overnight. - Quiet time: 9pm to 7am. PARKING - This apartment does not come with parking. Although, parking can be arranged by the guest directly with the Mantra reception. You will need to pay them directly. Please note we are an independent apartment and NOT part of the Mantra Hotel group. Please do not contact reception for any queries except parking.
