Welcome to the love nest in Loveland! Perfect for a couple or small family, this is a mother-in-law with one bedroom, one bathroom and a private laundry area. You have complete access to the front and back yard. Do you cycle, swim, SUP or yoga? We’re less than 3 miles from Boyd Lake, a state recreation area with a generous beach and beautiful water. Like a great beer or glass of wine? Loveland has over 10 microbreweries and a winery, all within a 10 mile radius. The space We ask for no smoking or vaping in the house and to be respectful of our home and property. Guest access You have the entire apartment Other things to note We come by to keep up the lawn and garden but we will let you know in advance.
