House on Lake Van Ettan

2 bed/1 bath on the lake Van Ettan. Downstairs is a long term rental. They don't have access to your living area. House completely remodeled last year. 2 bedrooms: one queen bed and one king bed. Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. A/C in master bedroom. Kitchen has everything you'll need to cook a great meal. Kitchen table is spacious - seats six. TVs in each of the bedrooms and one in the living room. Outdoor deck has seating for 4. Washer/dryer. The space There are 2 bedrooms: one queen bed and one king bed. Both have amble closet space and windows with shades. Both bedrooms have TVs. Back left bedroom has a mini-split air conditioner. The living room has a queen sized sleeper sofa (brand new). There is a window with shades and 2 sliding glass doors which open to a large deck. There is also a large padded chair. All 3 TVs are "smart" TVs (streaming access). We don't provide cable or any service providers (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, etc.). The dining area has a table with 6 barstools (brand new). The kitchen has all electric appliances (refrigerator, stove, microwave). Sorry, there isn't a dishwasher. We've provide all utensil/cookware need to cook a full meal. The large deck overlooks the lake. There are patio chairs and a small table for your use. There is a fire-pit and a "cowboy" grill (grill covering the firepit) for your use. Unfortunately, the recent flood took our wood pile. So you'll need to purchase your own wood. Although there is a 2 car attached and a large detached garage you won't have access to them. The basement is rented. He doesn’t have access to the upstairs living area. Guest access The entire upstairs. Again, there is a long term tenant downstairs. He doesn't have access to your living area.
