On the ground floor are: The cozy living room equipped with a Smart TV and internet (fiber). Board games on site The friendly dining room with a beautiful table to eat with family. Please note the fireplace is reserved for Santa Claus. Next, the fully equipped kitchen is very functional with oven, microwave, dishwasher, TASSIMO coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer, juicer, gas stove (5 burners) etc… From the kitchen you can go directly to the furnished exterior thanks to a bay window that gives access to the covered terrace. Finally, a first bathroom (bathtub) with an integrated toilet is available at this level.
