Welcome to Tinyhouse Åndehul – the place where the fireplace crackles, the fur blankets are waiting and time suddenly runs a little slower. A bit cosy, a bit adventurous, and plenty of time for you. Inspired by the Danish way of life, our tiny house "Åndehul" is ready to give you a wonderful opportunity to take a deep breath. The entire garden area is fenced off, and you have it all to yourselves. Sleep in, cook outdoors or relax by the fire in the greenhouse. When the weather is nice, the outdoor shower is right by the tiny house. Just a few steps away is your "Mökki" with a warm rain shower and infrared sauna, a special place to relax. 🔥 Arrive, take off your shoes and do nothing for a while. Make yourself comfortable in the air-conditioned tiny house, start the day with a coffee in your own garden, watch a film in the evening with the projector, listen to some music on the Sonos, or simply enjoy the warm, comfortable bed. And because your break doesn't end at the tiny house door, there's still plenty to discover all around: cooking outside, lounging in the hammocks or on the porch swing in the garden, and when it gets cooler, lighting a fire in the greenhouse, snuggling under the fur blanket and enjoying the evening by the fireplace. 🍳 Cooking where it's currently the most beautiful You can prepare something nice together on the cooking island in the covered outdoor kitchen. When it gets cooler, you can simply move into the greenhouse living room. There, too, you can cook, light the fireplace and spend the evening under a blanket by the fire. And if you want something quick and easy, a Twin Airfryer awaits you in the Tinyhouse. 💦 Candlelit showers & saunas Hygge is simply part of who we are. A short walk across the courtyard leads you to the "Mökki". A stay at Mökki means a conscious return to simplicity. It's about putting your smartphone away and slowing down. The Finns also call this the "art of doing nothing". The sauna reaches over 45°C and, with its pleasant infrared heat, ensures a cosy break. Afterwards, hop under the warm, rustic rain shower or cool off authentically in the nearby village well. After the sauna sessions, relax in your bathrobe on the way back to the tiny house. This little ritual has its own special charm, especially when it's chilly outside. 🚿 ☀️When the weather is nice, the jungle outdoor shower right by the tiny house becomes a little highlight under the open sky. With an instant water heater, you can take a warm shower in the beach house while feeling protected. Only the sun or the stars are watching. ❄️ However, it remains closed when the temperature is below zero to prevent damage to the pipes. 🚽The toilet is Scandinavian style Don't worry, you don't have to go out into the cold at night to use the toilet! In the tiny house, you will find a straightforward, sustainable dry toilet with sawdust – low-odour, hygienic to use and very easy to handle. It saves valuable water and is part of our sustainable concept. ❄️ 🧊Tinyhouse Åndehul can also handle winter! The tiny house is equipped with a heat pump and is cosy and warm. When the temperature drops below freezing, our tiny house gets a bit of winter technology. Instead of the normal water pipe, we will supply you via a water tank with a battery-powered pump. So water remains available, just in a very tiny house style. 💕Our guests feel most comfortable with us, Those who love something special, who enjoy a fire, who are looking for a place to take a deep breath, who enjoy country life and appreciate nature on their doorstep. Simply being Åndehul! ☂️In a tiny house, you experience the weather and nature more directly than in a solid house. There is a quiet village road nearby, and when rain drips on the roof, you can hear it, but it makes it all the more cosy and somehow special. Through the large windows, you can observe nature from your bed and have a view of the garden at all times. 🐄You will be staying on an active organic farm. You'll experience nature and agriculture right on your doorstep. Cows, tractors and the typical sounds and smells of country life are therefore occasionally simply part of it. 🥾🍝 There's also a lot to discover all around. Lake Constance and numerous excursion destinations are easily accessible. In my travel guide, you will find my personal tips for sights and restaurants in the region. Food and shopping delivery services also come directly to us. Guest access The garden is available for your exclusive use. We only come by for watering, garden maintenance or shovelling snow, by prior arrangement. Other things to note During the milking period from around 5 pm to 6 pm, or for early risers from 6 am to 7 am, there is fresh cow's milk available free of charge for our guests, straight from the refrigerated milk bar. In the greenhouse, you will find a complete fondue set – you only need to bring the cheese mixture. Good to know – optional additional costs • Additional firewood: If you want to enjoy the fireplace for longer, you can get additional wood for CHF 5 per basket or bring your own. (1 wooden box is available free of charge per stay) • Use of the barbecue: We are happy to provide you with a barbecue. We charge a one-off fee of CHF 10 per stay for cleaning.
