Spacious bedroom in a Bermondsey apartment, near Tower Bridge, London Bridge. Easy Tube ride to Central London. Ideal for exploring London! Perfect for sightseeing and business. Kingsize bed (150cm× 200cm), blackout blinds, mirrored wardrobe. Office desk, 32in TV. Door lock. Stunning main bathroom (not an en-suite) for exclusive use: bathtub and dual shower. Towels provided. Access to the huge balcony with city views. No kitchen access. Room has fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery The space I am the only other resident in this 2 bedroom apartment. I can provide access to private, allocated parking space in the secure parking of the building (on request). Kitchen and lounge are not for guests use. The apartment is located on the second floor (American English) or 1st Floor (British English; not ground floor; of a 6 storey building. Accessible via lift or stairs. Location and set up are great both for tourists and business travellers. Room has office desk and chair, with keyboard and mouse. Washing machine available. Clothes airers and dehumidifiers provided (not tumble dryer). Portable fans available for cooling during summer. Tesco, Iceland and a well stocked 24hrs Turkish Supermarket are 3 min walk. Just ~10 min walk from Bermondsey Tube station on the Jubilee Line and 3 minutes walk to a bus stop for lines going to the centre. The famous Borough Market, Bermondsey Beer Mile, Maltby Street Market and Bermondsey Street are nearby. Tower Bridge is within walking distance. All main attractions (Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, Hyde Park etc) within an easy Tube or bus ride. This is my home and as such my personal items will be there. I ask that you treat my home with the respect that you would treat your own place. Strictly no smoking inside the flat. You can smoke on the balcony (ashtray provided on the balcony table). Not suitable for infants and children under 2 years. A child over 24 months counts towards the guest limit, as one guest. Guest access The guests' room has its own 32in TV; table with chair; mini fridge, kettle, toaster, bowls, plates, mugs, glasses and cutlery for guest use. Guests can use balcony, corridor, the main bathroom, kitchen amenities and dining table. TV in the lounge and living room are not for guest use. The balcony has table with chairs and is the only place where smoking is allowed. I will attempt to welcome you on arrival; however it may not always be possible due to work commitments. I have therefore arranged keypad locks and key safes to make sure your check in can be as flexible as possible, allowing for self check in. I will share all required details after your booking is confirmed and before your check in. During your stay I am happy to give suggestions and recommendations and make your stay as pleasant as possible. Kitchen and lounge are not for guests use. Other than showing you around when you arrive, I will respect your privacy and leave you alone. However, as I will be in the flat during your stay, I will be available if you need anything. Other things to note Not suitable for infants and children under 2. A child over 2 years old is counted as one guest. You will be able to use some of my yoga and exercise equipment during your stay.
