Welcome to our apartment in the Upper Allgäu. An indoor pool exclusively for guests awaits you. Whether skiing, hiking, biking, shopping, family time or relaxing, simply take a break from everyday life - we look forward to it! Bed linen, towels and final cleaning are provided. Restaurants, grocery stores, bakery with café and other leisure facilities are very close Parking is free of charge on the premises and in the lower parking lot with a parking card The space Attention - NOT HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE! Other things to note The apartment is either accessible via a footpath (within the complex) which includes 110 steps or, for example, a step-free approach via the asphalt path for strollers. You can drive onto the premises and almost directly to the apartment for loading and unloading! However, the car must be parked outside the complex! You will be rewarded with a great view from the balcony! This is easy to see in the pictures! Linens and towels are provided At the bed, there is a USB port for mobile devices on each side. Tourist tax/spa fee: Up to 6 years: free From 6-16 years: €1.80 per night From 17 years (adults): €2.60 per night This amount must be paid on site! Inside the apartment is a small box to insert payment or scan the code to pay. Arrival and departure are considered one night! In house 12 there is a playroom in the basement with all kinds of toys, table tennis, etc. With the new Allgäu-Walser-Pass there are many new features e.g. the free ticket for bus and train! Detailed information about this is available in the house suburb or in the accommodation! Guest access With the apartment key you have access to the swimming pool and the game room (Haus12). For the sauna (in the swimming pool) you need a chip! Available at reception for €5. Other things to note Missen-Wilhams, Bavaria, Germany Oberwilhams lift facility right next to the facility, Thaler-Höhe ski lift in approx. 10 minutes' drive. Alpsee near Immenstadt 10 minutes' drive, Sonthofen with Grünten in 20 minutes' drive, Oberstdorf / Kleinwalser Valley / Tannheimer Valley 45 minutes' drive. Füssen with Neuschwanstein Castle is a 50-minute drive, Lake Constance is a 40-minute drive. All information is approximate and may vary Getting around The apartment is in the Oberallgäu vacation park, which offers a reception that is staffed daily on an hourly basis and a key safe, which allows a flexible check-in. There is also an indoor swimming pool with sauna exclusively for guests. Two playgrounds in the immediate vicinity, many hiking trails and various excursion options. To ensure that our guests have little effort during their stay in Missen-Wilhams, we have hired a cleaner for the final cleaning. Therefore, each guest only has to leave the apartment swept clean and bring the garbage/paper waste/yellow bag to the designated hut/container, which is located on the grounds of the vacation park.
