The central AC/Heat, controlled/monitored with Nest thermostat, is fast and strong. Please keep door/windows closed. 9. A fully-stocked kitchen. 10. Free laundry with complementary detergent. Buy your own if you need special detergent other than what's provided (bought from Costco). 11. Two parking spots are provided on-prem. Note that parking on streets is extremely difficult to find in this area, plus that you may be ticketed due to street sweeping on certain day each week. Please be warned if you have extra car! 12. Close to Freeway 87 and 280, and there easy to go anywhere. For example, 2 miles to San Jose Diridon station, 5.9 miles to San Jose International Airport, hundreds of fine restaurants and bars. Easy self check-in with a smart lock. A code will be sent to you (TEXT or E-mail) before or on your check-in day. In case you forgot your phone at the airport, you can ring the Ring doorbell. Once answered, you need to prove who you are and we can either open the door for you or issue you a new code. This property has an advanced home security system with professional monitoring that links to San Jose policy station to prevent any illegal break-ins. However, it will be de-activated before your check-in and you will not be able to activate it during your possession. If you want to use the security system, please request so and will issue you a PIN to control the alarm system. Both Netflix Premium and YouTube Premium services are free for you to enjoy. You can find most, if not all, high-flying tech names in this area! Because of these big names in high tech industry, housing in this area has become unreachable for many for years in the past and possibly even worse for years to come! It's great for you the traveling professionals who are stipend/covered and you who have managed to have the amount in your pockets to stay at this wonderful location. The location is greatly convenient, within a few minutes drive, to go to most of the big/popular names in or around San Jose, enjoy the great night life here, you can also explore many great parks/ sceneries during weekend.
