The space You are very welcome to enjoy the pool and sundeck which is off the clubhouse and has lounging areas, tables, chairs, table-tennis and a big screen TV with DSTV sports. 24hr onsite security monitors this and all other common areas including the parking out front - you will have your own bay inside the block's basement garage. The apartment has it's own washing machine and the block's laundrette has for-pay tumble driers. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 King sized bed with en-suite bathroom and 2 single beds. Both bathrooms have showers, hand basins and toilets. Boasting a fully equipped kitchen, semi-open plan dining and lounge, a balcony with jaw dropping views and DSTV streaming. Guest access The apartment is entirely your own and you will have a secure parking space in the building, access to the communal laundry (the apartment also has it's own washing machine), swimming pool and deck on the ground floor, there is an excellent public bus service stop five minutes walk away and several Malls nearby. Other things to note Please note this is not a serviced apartment. Due to South Africa's electricity situation, if the heater is used, then guests will be responsible for topping up the electricity meter when it runs out, as the electricity provided would have been sufficient for their stay.
