Quiet location with panoramic Ocean views. Blue Sea Tower offers 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bedrooms. Large open plan Lounge, Diner, Kitchen. The Dining Table in Blue Sea Tower offers seating for 8 persons. However the Office Desk in the Lounge has been designed to add onto the end of the table, to extend this to ten places. The Guest is responsible for moving this extra table, and returning it to it's original location in the corner of the Lounge. Large heated swimming pool measuring 10 metres by 4 metres. Secure parking for 2 cars. Free WIFI, BBQ, Gardens and Garden Games. Blue Ocean Cottage is a smaller property offering 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus Lounge, kitchen, Diner. Secure Parking for one car., and it's own Pool. There is a communal access through the adjoining gate on the Pool Terrace. The Guest Villa is furnished to the same quality as the Tower, but it is smaller in all proportions. So it provides flexible options of accommodation. Restaurants at Ponta do Pargo 6 minutes. Paul do Mar Beach and Restaurants 8 minutes. Calheta Marina, Beach and Restaurants 12 - 15 minutes. A Car is essential for your stay, ANYWHERE on Madeira, because of the topography. Please email the Owner for further information if required. NOTE The Infinity Pool is heated all year round, and unlike other owners, we include the Heating cost within our Tariff. The Waterfall function is a decorative feature only and operates from 1st July until 30th September, to avoid rapid Heat loss. A Net is provided for Guests to remove any leaf debris etc. Guest access Both properties within their walled gardens are for the exclusive use of the Guests. Please note that due to the topography, neither property is suitable for Guests with significant mobility issues. Other things to note Housekeepers - Our Housekeeper Felicia Abreu is extremely competent and reliable. She is your point of contact, if you have any issues during your stay. THE POOL -Close the cover after use, to help retain the Heat. The Infinity Waterfall is operated between 1st May to 31st October, 3pm-7pm, to retain the Heat.
