The second sector is the bedroom with a full en-suite bathroom. There is a small closet and a floor-to-ceiling window in front of the bed, which overlooks the grill and wood-burning oven. The wood is at the guest's expense. Guest access Guests enter through the entrance on Calle 17 on the corner with a large palm tree. The space has an entrance for 1 car. The use of the grill or the clay oven, although shared, can be used freely. We'll always let you know in advance if someone else plans to use it. The property is shared with the owner's house. Other things to note ANIMALS: Small and quiet pets are allowed to enter, at the guest's discretion and responsibility. As we were asked quite, we want to clarify that... the land is fenced and in general the furry guests who have come to the house have not escaped, if they were very restless, could find a way out. So in those cases it's ideal that they brought some long rope if it gives them more security. We also consider it important to tell you that within the property the space is shared with a kitten (and sometimes a dog, very good vibes). So ideally they have a good relationship between species. If you are traveling with your pet, please do not leave it alone for long periods, especially if it has separation anxiety. Sometimes they can get nervous, bark or get stressed, and we want to take care of both their well-being and good coexistence with the neighbors. Please do not relieve yourself inside the home and if so, take responsibility for cleaning up after yourself during your stay. For them, we have a veterinarian at home and a walker near the accommodation. The El Churrinche veterinary clinic is in Piriápolis. The beach enabled in summer to go down with pets is located in Rambla de los Argentinos between Artigas and Julián Laguna (in front of the ANCAP) EXTRA CLEANING: If you need more towels, laundry or cleanliness within the time of the stay these services have an extra value that will be agreed with Isabel, who is in charge of taking care of the house. The accommodation is delivered with a roll of kitchen and toilet paper. If you need to replenish it, it is at the guest's expense.
