Close to Rodez Golf Course and the airport. The space Let yourself be charmed by this fully renovated cottage. It is located at the gates of Rodez and Vallon, on the SOULAGES ROAD. A must-see place for your holidays with friends and family, to discover our beautiful department that is Aveyron. Fine and elegant decor, you will be charmed by every room of the house. On sunny days, you can enjoy our outdoor space.. and the pool, enough to relax and have a pleasant time. You will find everything you need, fully equipped kitchen, with a dining area, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms including a communicating one, and a superb living room. Large exteriors, with a pool overlooking nature. The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi, as well as a charging station for electric cars. We can't wait to welcome you to the LOU CLAPAS cottage, and make your vacation unforgettable. Guest access The gite is self-catering. Part of the building is the cottage and the other part is our home. We are available if needed, and discreet during your stays. Guests have access to the courtyard, pool, bread oven and vaulted room for nice evenings and the grounds in front of the house. Other things to note Parties strictly prohibited by day or night! No additional guest check-ins during the stay. JULY AND AUGUST: Weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday only. FOR A WEEK OR MORE RENTALS: Linen included in the price (Beds made and towels provided).
