Teulu House - Luxury Retreat in Nungurner

Nestled in the tranquil surrounds of Nungurner, Teulu House is a masterpiece of thoughtful design. Based on a courtyard design it offers wheelchair friendly, total privacy in superb comfort. The space Teulu House is a new bnb accommodation on an acre of land located in the beautiful and peaceful hamlet of Nungurner, just 10 minutes from Metung and its restaurants and Hot Springs. Teulu House can luxuriously accommodate two couples or parents and a couple of kids. The house has two bedrooms, each with its own ensuite in addition to the luxurious bathing room, all with magnificent water views. Bedroom 1 has a king double bed and bedroom 2 can be set up with a king double or two single beds. The house is wheelchair friendly with no steps and wide doors. The modern kitchen is fully appointed with an induction cooktop and oven, microwave, dishwasher, espresso coffee machine and grinder, stainless steel benchtop and kitchen pantry basics. With a patio on the lake side, and an enclosed courtyard complete with an outdoor shower, BBQ, outdoor dining table and chairs, the house caters for all seasons. Guest access Guests have access to the majority of the property. Parking is undercover in the two-car carport with the house-laundry and pump room adjoining. A well lit pathway leads to the house. The owners may occasionally be on the property attending to washing in the well separated utility building but should not disturb you. We ask that guests stay clear of the utility building and materials stored behind it. Other things to note Teulu House can be set up with two king double beds, or with one king double and two king singles. For two guest bookings, we typically only set up one bedroom. For two guest bookings who require the second bedroom to be setup, a $45 fee (per stay) will apply for setup, laundering of linen and cleaning. Please note our pricing is based on a two guest booking. The cost for 3rd and 4th guests will be automatically included in your nightly rate when you book. The rate for additional guests added after booking, is $45 per guest per night. The house is single level with no steps and the main bedroom and ensuite are wheelchair friendly. Nungurner is a beautiful peaceful hamlet located on the Gippsland Lakes between Metung and Lakes Entrance where a short walk to the Nungurner jetty provides water access. Just 10 minutes from Metung's cafes and hotel and about the same from the Metung Hot Springs there is plenty of opportunity to pamper yourself. Or if you prefer, enjoy a round of golf at the Metung Country Club. Lakes Entrance is 20 minutes away with access to the beautiful Ninety Mile Beach, supermarkets, banks, fresh seafood and resteraunts.
