Cozy three room studio just one block from the center of town. Within walking distance to the library, courthouse, museum, and several good restaurants and antique shops. Off the street parking right outside your door. Kitchen contains toaster, coffee maker, microwave and a small fridge containing bottled water. Considering our current environment, you can rest assured our studio is sanitized after each guest as well as linens and bedding. We do request that you do not bring pets. Other things to note Keypad entry, wi-fi, cable tv, and new tiled shower. Building is normally very quiet but you may hear a tenant going up stairs occasionally. The building is in a safe area of town and all the tenants are wonderful people.
