Also a strategic location for beautiful trekking on foot, by bike and by motorbike. The space The apartment in the annex is separate from the main house, enjoys privacy and its own garden with an outdoor shower, surrounded by one hectare of land. On request, there is the possibility to book a massage in the cave with an aperitif in the center of Orvieto or possibly arrange to do it at home. You can also book horseback rides, always ask first for availability. Guest access Access to the property is unique even if the two housing units enjoy their own independence. The road is very accessible, there are only one hundred meters of easily passable dirt road. Other things to note La Depandance is strategically located between Orvieto , Civita di Bagnoregio and Bolsena , a transit point for cycling, horse and walking tours. In the apartment you will find two mountain bikes available (not paid). There is also a small, above-ground pool (4 m x 2 m) for guests only, where they can cool off on hot days, and an outdoor shower. The pool will be available from June to the end of August. In addition, next to the apartment, there is a 35-square-meter gym with another bathroom with a shower, TV, Wi-Fi, and a stereo system for working out. The gym is not included in the price.
