Cozy 2 BR guest suite very close to JFK, UBS Arena

Experience the best of both worlds –city convenience and suburban serenity. Very well protected neighborhood. This is a 2 bedroom 2nd floor guesthouse with 1 King bed and 2 Queen beds. It has a small kitchen, dining + living, and 1 bathroom. 12 mins (without traffic) from JFK, very close to USB Arena, 40 mins to Manhattan, 1.2 miles from LIRR Metro, 25 mins to Long Beach, 30 mins to Jones Beach. 2 min walk to super market/ pizza/ bagel stores. 6 people sleeps comfortably, max capacity- 7. The space Owner lives on the 1st floor. You’ll be renting the 2nd floor apartment. Separate entrance. You’ll have plenty of privacy, we will interact only if you need to. Please note that there are stairs leading up to the main door as well as to the apartment. Smoking inside the house isn’t permitted but you can smoke in the balcony! Guest access Entire second floor. No Backyard access. Other things to note No unregistered guests or visitors allowed without prior consent. No parties! Small family/ friends gathering is fine! Absolutely no smoking inside the house! You can smoke in the balcony. BBQs are not permitted on the balcony as it poses a serious fire hazard, and fines will be imposed if this rule is violated. The apartment is cleaned and sanitized thoroughly after each checkout. However, please keep in mind that this is budget-friendly accommodation within a private home, not a 5-star hotel. I’ve priced it accordingly and believe it offers great value for money. If you have any concerns during your stay, please contact me directly before leaving negative feedback.
