Modern gîte 8/12 people Courlaoux Jura

Our gîte is located in the old barn of our house, we have done the work ourselves in order to offer you all the modern comforts for your stays with family or friends. We designed the gîte as a second home in which you will enjoy a 130 m2 accommodation and a fully enclosed 600 m2 outdoor area. We are in the heart of the village but in a green setting that you can enjoy all year round thanks to the huge bay windows The space On the ground floor of the cottage you will find 2 bedrooms (140*200 bed), with a bathroom (double sink, walk-in shower, and separate toilet), a fully equipped kitchen, a small library corner (sofa, books, board games) a huge living room of more than 50 m2 (dining room, lounge area, foosball corner) directly overlooking the 45 m2 fully shaded terrace (dining area, barbecue, small living room and deckchair in the shade of fruit trees). The upper floor consists of 2 bedrooms (140*200 bed) with their private bathroom (1 with shower cabin, 1 with bathtub). The living room sofas are convertible into beds (140*200 bed). The vacation rental is air-conditioned, free Wi-Fi and connected televisions. You will have at your disposal a private plot of 600 m2 fully enclosed. 1.20-meter fence, lockable gate and door. Guest access You have the entire cottage and outdoor spaces, you do not have to share any space with us or other hosts. Upon arrival and throughout your stay you can park on the private land located at the back of the cottage, we accept the presence of your camper, your trailer. We provide an additional enclosed but uncovered space for bicycles and motorbikes on request. Other things to note Frédéric and I are from Jura and we will be delighted to welcome you and introduce you to our beautiful region whatever your interests (sport, culture, gastronomy) and whether you come with family or friends throughout the year. We are fortunate in the municipality of Courlaoux to have a hairdresser, a grocery store (also a newsagent and bakery and post office), a play area for children and teens, several free-access pétanque courts, and direct access to the fully pedestrian greenway for several dozen kilometers. We are 10 minutes from Lons-le-Saunier and a large shopping area for your shopping and within a 30-minute radius around the cottage you will find all types of activities to practice during your stay, for the young and old alike.
