Comfortably appointed with everything you need for a great stay, this townhouse in Roxbury Run Village just outside of trendy Roxbury offers the perfect space to kick back and relax, build a fire, and enjoy everything about the Catskills. Per HOA rules, we can only accommodate stays of 2 weeks or more. The space The large and bright open living, dining, and kitchen space with high vaulted ceilings and a cozy wood burning fire stove is the perfect backdrop for cooking, enjoying great meals, and spending time taking in the relaxation. The primary bedroom upstairs has a queen bed and dresser/dressing area. There is a full bath on this floor with a tub as well as a large closet to hang your hat for awhile. The secondary bedroom is on the first floor and has an ensuite bath with tub, one trundle bed and a dresser. The back porch offers another great dining area as well as stunning views of the mountains in every season. Roxbury Run Village is a community of townhouses and has a pool, tennis court, dog run, as well as access to walking trails. Enjoy the wonderful village of Roxbury close by with a grocery store, general store, several restaurants, and a fantastic cafe with great coffee, breakfast, and lunch. Also close by is the sweet hamlet of Halcottsville with gorgeous lake Wawaka and a general store. In the summers-fall, enjoy the Saturday Pakatakan market at the round barn just a few minutes drive from the townhouse. Explore further to other many great Catskills towns with shopping and dining including Margaretville, Andes, Bovina, Windham, Hunter, Tannersville, and more. So many Outdoor activities in all seasons - to include skiing, hiking, cycling, kayaking, and more! Guest access Guests will have access to all of the townhouse with the exception of one upstairs room that is closed for storage. Other things to note Due to HOA rules, we can only accommodate stays that are 2 weeks or more. For Winter Season Rentals: If you are not at the townhouse Full Time, our property managers will do a weekly walk thru of the property to ensure there isn't any weather related issues (ie pipe freezing, etc).
