Falmenta Space: Beach, Nature and Food

Relax all year round just steps from the coast!! ESPACIO FALMENTA is located in the heart of El Pinar, two blocks from the beach and the shopping center. The house is on the same property where we live with our family, secluded and with a separate entrance. We can accompany you and help you with whatever you need during your stay. El Pinar is a residential seaside resort, characterized by its natural and quiet environment. Located just 10 km from the airport and 20 km from Montevideo. The space The house is a spacious studio format, with a separate kitchen and full bathroom. It has a double bed and another double bed/sailor's chair. It has an outdoor space for exclusive use with a Paraguayan hammock and armchairs. You can enjoy the shared use of the pool, children's games, organic garden, barbecue with grill and bread oven, outdoor stove and laundry room with our family. The price includes up to 3 guests. 1 more guest is allowed at an additional charge. Pets are not allowed. Guest access Guests enter through a separate entrance, as the house is located next to the family home, separated by trees and a shared barbecue. Other things to note At Espacio Falmenta we have a BOUTIQUE RESTAURANT, where we offer à la carte dining service. We also have A CERAMIC STUDIO for guests who wish to have a creative and/or therapeutic experience. At check-in, they can ask for information and we coordinate the preparation of their meals and/or the booking of the ceramic workshop.
